Minal Patil has been actively involved in Volleyball from her school days. She has played the game for more than fifteen years. She has participated in two national-level volleyball competitions. She was adjudged University Blue for five consecutive years. She also captained the VTU team at Inter-University events. She has also delivered guest lectures on the game of Volleyball. Presently she is working as Assistant Professor at Jain College of Engineering, Belgaum.
